outbound_address

hi,

i have got squid beta 9, but after compilation and installation i have got
message:

[31/May/1996:18:19:11 +0200] main.c:233: Starting Squid Cache
(version 1.0.beta8)...

???

another main problem:

what means the tag outbound_address exactly?

i use outbound_address ip-address and and in the log i can see:

[31/May/1996:18:19:24 +0200] comm.c:73: commBind: Cannot bind socket FD
18 to ip-address:0: (126) Cannot assign requested address

who can help me ?
