Are you using "gcc"? "cc" on exactly the same platform here gave a
warning about ignoring something which it really shouldn't ignore. squid
usually compiles cleanly. I never tried the binary, I installed "gcc" and
recompiled (this was the first time I'd had a problem with "cc" on that
particular machine). I found v1.0.x to be generally reliable on our alphas
here.
