Problem with POST-Requests

Hello!

I've just installed squid 1.0.3 and everything works fine, execept one
thing. I can't use CGI-Scripts working with POST and I just can't figure out
why. Everytime I fill out such a form and submit, nothings happens and after
a while I get a message like:

The Logfile then says:

I've got no neighbours and one parent. If connect directly to my parent,
POST-Requests work. I've compared the two config-files and found no
important diffrences. If you've got any idea or suggestion please let me know!
