I have already tried. After editing $conf variables, I have executed
both 'RunCache' and 'RunAccel'. And each result were completely same
between executing 'squid' alone.

But on my previous e-mail, I wrote wrong phrase. I found that squid
waited for some input from tty even if after printing 127.0.0.1. I'm
not sure for what squid was waiting, as follows.

        # RunCache
        Running: squid -s /usr/local/squid/etc/squid.conf >> /usr/local/squid/squid.out2>&1
        127.0.0.1
        ^Z
        Stopped (user)
        # bg
        [1] RunCache &
        # jobs
        [1] Running . RunCache
        # jobs
[1] + Stopped (tty input) RunCache
