Subject says it all really - on the initial form of cachemgr.cgi, the layout
is now totally wonky. I believe my browser (MS IE2.0) is doing the right
thing by placing the fields one after another, due to the absence of the
<BR> tag.
Obviously, its trivial for me to add back by hand, but it should go back in
the main release of 1.0.12, assuming there is one (call me an optimist :-).
OTOH it does seem to have been deliberately removed, so did it go for a reason?
