The documentation says these ports are UDP. There is no way to proxy these
easily and certainly no way in squid. If you want a proxy because your
machine is a firewall, have a look at udprelay.

Real-audio has its own proxy. Have a look around their web site. Since
real-audio is based on streams not finite files, it can be an unwise idea to
try and cache it.
