   I cleaned my glasses. Misread the squid.conf (or I actually ignored
   something rather critical, apparently) and treated 'local_domain' as
   synonymous with 'inside_firewall' ... then neglected to define any
   neighbors or parents. This is *not* a winning combination.

   Perhaps that is why it says "object will always be fetched from one
   of the parent or neighbor caches" ... *duh*
