The reason is that it uses getsockname() to determine which (virtual)
interface the connection came in on.
But if you only have one web server on the inside, you don't need the
virtual host stuff, you can just use the 'httpd_accel' feature.
Also, you could use the redirection feature of the 1.1 versions...
