Connection Failed

Good Day !!!

I'm just a beginner in using the squid software.

I'm using the squid cache software in my FreeBSD server for the Windows
95 clients to browse and download in their Netscape browser.

When the clients (Win 95) try to browse in their Netscape the following
error occurs

        . Connection Failed

The System returned :

        (61) Connection refused

Can somebody help me ?
