squid 1.1beta11 problems

I use squid on a Linux-PC connected to the internet via dialup PPP (modem)
I run squid and netscape3.01 for linux on the same machine

In the netscape proxy configuration I have set the HTTP Proxy to

127.0.0.1 (localhost) and the port to 3128

When I am not connected to internet i run squid with the -D option

I leaved the original configuration in squid.conf , and all works fine

EXCEPT:

When I type an inexistent URL in Netscape, squid returns me the following error:

Document contains no data

What must I change in the squid.conf file to get the right error message:

in this case URL not found
