Inside firewall problem

I have a problem trying to detail the domains within our firewall.

Our domain is cqu.edu.au. This value I can enter against the
inside_firewall config tag .

We currently have 3 remote sites connected directly to our campus which
are also in the cqu.edu.au domain. But we also have a remote site which
is connected to the internet via an ISP with a domain of aaa.cqu.edu.au.

How do I config squid to not cache any objects within the cqu.edu.au
domain except for aaa.cqu.edu.au?

Unfortunately the cqu.edu.au doamin has not been constructed completely
with a 4 level structure so I can't just list out bbb.cqu.edu.au,
ccc.cqu.edu.au etc. and leave out aaa.cqu.edu.au.

Is there an option similar to cache_host_domain where you can use ! for
object not in that domain?
