weird problem (bug?) with squid 1.1b13-15

Maybe this is some kind of normal behaviour we just don't understand, but
this seems fishy..

First..I ask for a page I know is in the cache..

Then I try the same through one of our siblings.

It returns a cache _miss_ on the exact same object.

So, to be sure I try it again locally..

Still there.

So, it seems as if ICP queries somehow fail to find anything in the cache.
This is with all our siblings, on all objects.
