Once again it comes back to the page owner putting a realistic expires
header on the page. If a page expires at 9am, it should have an expires
header for 9am.
Of course, most people still don't do this, but if you know of any pages
like this, email the authors and let them know (include an example of a
correct Expires command) and see what happens...
