translation of squid.conf

Greetings,

I translated squid.conf and squid.conf.in.pre into Japanese.

Pic them up from:

How about creating an international Squid versions like as the
international PGP versions(http://www.ifi.uio.no/pgp/modules.shtml)? :-)

I think, when Squid has spread to the all of the world, it is only
natural that languaged limitation are removed.
