redirector won't work in accelerator

as subject said "redirector won't work in accelerator mode".
I'm running squid on Alpha OSF1/V3.2. Running as proxy and accelerator
alone is fine. Runninf as proxy with redirector also works but when I want
to run accelerator with Redirector it just doesn't work. is there any
option I have to explicitely state in config file to turn both on at the
same time?

Any idea?
