Splash ! I'm afraid this is true ! Since I saw an "Refresh" button near
the AutoConfig option in the new Netscape Communication, this really makes
sense investigating !
 One workaround might be to actually ask the system if the proxy server is
OK, but, shame on me, I haven't started to learn Java (yet), I just rely
on my [poor] C++ knowadleges. :(
