What about switching the order around?

Instead of

Internet <--> SQUID <--> Junkbuster <--> CLIENT

what about

Internet <--> Junkbuster <--> SQUID <--> CLIENT

This should resolve your problem.. You'll just have to have squid
somehow talk to Junkbuster..
