large, dynamically created objects

Squid admins out there might like to watch out for retrievals from
video.netoptions.com. It seems to be a dynamically created jpeg
of some video camera, and it can get rather large inside two hours:

the above are from one of my cache machine's VM Objects lists.
I went looking for this because memory usage suddenly leapt
on this system.
