Fatal Error

I just noticed this error for the 1st time. This is after squid has
been running for about 3 days.

What exactly causes this. If i increase cache_mem, won't this resurface
at maybe a week instead of a few days? BTW, this is how things look

Before you ask, i am planning on increasing swap maxsize, but for the
time we have not made the proxy available to all our users, just a test
group, and i wanted to see how things behave when some of these limits
are approached. Any comments are more than welcome.
