For a connection of several lines to a central Squid I'm in need of a
solution to limit some IP-networks to a certain bandwidth, and guarantee
other networks' bandwidth by dynamically reducing other lines' bandwidth
... are there any ways either planed, in developement or already
existent that would allow such a setup ???
