Specifying FTP proxy server for ftpget

Dear Squidders,

Our company firewall runs TIS firewall toolkit for proxying FTP
requests. It accepts "username@foo.bar" as login name and relays
requests to FTP server on host "foo.bar".

It seems that ftpget supports FTP proxy with -G option, but I could
not find a way to specify an FTP proxy server in squid.conf. Is there
any way to specify it?
