Thanks it works.
But another problem:
On the bougth machines (2) with squid runs httpd which sends Netscape
autoconfigation file: proxy.pac

Hierarchy:

[1.cache]: squid:8080+httpd:8887(proxy.pac:PROXY[1.cache:8080])
   \
    \
     \
[2.cache]:squid:8080+httpd:8887(proxy.pac:PROXY[2.cache:8080])

And when I set in Netscape `Automatic proxy configuration':
2l.cache:8080 then 2.cache ask 1.cache for http://2.cache:8887/ ->
TCP_DENNIED.

I have in config these lines:
[1.cache]
httpd_accel 1.cache 8887
httpd_accel_with_proxy on

[2.cache]
httpd_accel 2.cache 8887
httpd_accel_with_proxy on

What I have to config ??
