logs/access.log and logs/store.log can be rotated (set to 0 len and
backups made) by sending SIGUSR1 to squid. cache/log should not grow. It
is just a file that contains the items in the cache. So it will grow as
the cache grows. But not beyond that. No need to reboot anything.
