You can have any number of levels in the cache_host_domain.
foo.bar.com is perfectly allowed, but note it will NOT match
the host snafoo.bar.com. It only matches on the "dot" boundaries.

For more flexible configuration you could perhaps use the
cache_host_acl option and a regular expression on the whole URL.
