Re: Table of Contents in HTML format?

I had such a utility...although the file was _HUGE_ (almost 2 MB). Many
(even very large systems) couldn't load the page very well...and it took
many minutes.

I can dig around and see if I can find it, if anyone's interested, given the
above.
