Hmm.. Look at the logs it generates? Any clue where it's dieing? Double
check your config (esp make sure that your cache and logs dirs are owned
by the user squid runs as (usually nobody)).. Squid does not have very
mature "idot checking" and a messup in a config file can get you a devide
by zero.. :)
