Yep, the cachemgr can definatly show that stuff. You need to look at
"Utilization" to get those numbers. Remember that the percentages shown in
cachemgr are percentages of OBJECTS, not BYTES. To see byte hit rates and
such your best bet is to use one of the log file analysis scripts.
Squidstats seems to be the most popular, and from expierience I have found
it to show what I need (byte hit rate and other byte-type stats).
The original Squidstats homepage doesn't appear to exist anymore.
Hopefully someone on the list will post the new location for the
Squidstats page, if not I'll post the tar archive of squidstats on one of
my servers so that you can get it.
