It looks like your DNS is failing. If you are behind a firewall and your
internal DNS does not reach the Internet, you need to
configure parents and a passthrough proxy for non GET methods. If your
DNS can reach the Internet, you may test whether this is working by
using nslookup on the squid server or start the dnsserver manually and
type in the FQDN. If this fails, check resolv.conf for any incorrect
entries.
