  Actually, I searched through both the FAQ (at
http://squid.nlanr.net/Squid/FAQ/) and grepped through the docs directory
of the 1.1.19 distribution for both MAX_SWAP_FILE and
store_avg_object_size, and got no matches in either place. Could you say
where this is documented? Also could anyone shed some light on why 20 is
the compiled default if 10-13 is recommended? Thanks!
