1.2beta11

Hi,

I'm running 1.2beta11 with patches on OSF 3.2C.

I read there have been some changes in parent dedection. Maybe there's a
small problem as my cache.log is filling with

Dedected DEAD Parent/Sibling
Dedected REVIVED Parent/Sibling

The sibling hosts are in the neighbor's house, connected with 10mbit
ethernet ...

As the cache.log was rotated last night, I looked into the old one and
found a relation between entry and client access: These entries start every
morning between 7 and 8 am and stop between 10 and 11 pm.
