Can't Refresh cache using cachemgr ??

Hi, In squid versions 1.NOVM.19 & 1.NOVM.20 i'v noticed that a can't refresh
the objects using the cachemgr interface, when i try to do it, it gives-me
the following message:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable
to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@isel.pt and inform them
of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may
have caused the error.

Is a squid bug or some problem with my configuration ?? i'v used this
cachemgr funcion in prior versions without problems ....
