inside_firewall no longer exists in 1.2.

Use always_direct and never_direct. They work much like http_access.

eg: never_direct allow all

is the same as: inside_firewall none

never_direct allow !localdomain

(where localdomain is an ACL for your err..local domain) will go direct
for
anything in localdomain and via a parent or sibling for anything else.

If you use refresh_pattern/i I believe you'll find that it's become
'refresh_pattern -i'

Did you read the documentation AND the FAQ?
If not, I'll probably still answer your question, but my patience will
be limited, and you take the risk of sarcasm and ridicule.
