I posted a brief to this list a week or two back. You can look in one of the
archives for it.

Here's the minimalist version:

acl ourstuff dstdomain ourdomainame.com

# Go direct for our sites.
never_direct deny ourstuff

# Always use a peer for everything else.
never_direct allow all

always_direct works the same way, except the sense is reversed.
