squid-1.2.beta11

I try to compile squid-1.2.beta11 with the lates patch and the
--enable-snmp option. It doesn't work :
snmp.c:224:'NETDB_NET' undeclared here (not in function)
snmp.c:224:warning:excess elements in struct initializer afer
'network_variables[1]'
