DNS load balancing with 1.2.beta14

With 1.2.beta14, with it's parent being a CNAME
that represents 4 squids 1.2.beta11 with DNS setup
for load balancing. The problem is the same cache
always direct for the misses and does not rotate
as it does with 1.1.20. The IP Cache has the
4 ip's registered as being ok but only one is used?

Any ideas?
