VM vs. NOVM

I have the following configuration for my squid server:

Intel PII 233mhz
Linux 2.0.33
512MB SDRAM
7.2GB Cache (RAID0, noatime)
100bT switched ethernet / full duplex

My machine does about 150 simultaneous connections, do you all feel I
should probably be running vm or novm code? I heard somewhere that novm
code was mostly for memory starved machines, etc, which mine is not, so by
that virtue, would I probably benefit more by running vm or novm code?

Brian
