How to start Squid at system boot?

Hi:
   I use Digital Unix 4.0b to run squid proxy
1.1.20. I write some scripts starting Squid at
system boot time. And place it in /sbin/rc3.d so
that system can execute it. But the squid can't
start.
   The logs in cache.log file is below.
   Thanks for your help !
