Using Secure connections with squid

Hello,

I am new to the squid mailing List.

I have a problem with the following setup:

     Local Network ----- Squid ------ private Network (2) -------
Squid ------- Internet

When i try to access Secure pages using ssl, i get a TCP Connect
timeout.
Obviously because the inner SQUID can not get a direct connection to
the requested Site on the Internet.

When i try to access a SECURE page from the local Network on the private
Network(2)
everything works fine.
When a host on the private Network tries to access a Secure Page on the
Internet
it is OK too.

Is there a chance to forward the CONNECT request from the inner Squid to
the Internet
without having a direct connection.
