Re: squid (1.2) mangles ftp://foo/textfile into a download form

After checking the code (sorry) I found that mime is now done from mime.conf
in squid 1.2 and this excepts regexps on filenames.

Its fixable, and doesn't depend on ftpget either.

So to make *.README recognized you just need to copy a regexp form and
make it a known suffix, using the same text/plain methods as README un-adorned.
