HELP!

Hi squiders!

I'm using squid 1.1.18 runing over Solaris 2.5 and recently when I
start squid process, in my cache.log I receive message:

Page faults with physical i/o: 0

This message occur in loop, and squid dont accept requests, when I try

telnet <squidserver> 3128 I receive

telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused

Please, can somebody help me??
