squid1.1.20

Hi everyone! I'm administrating Squid1.1.20 on Solaris2.5.1.

But we are having a problem that we can't access a few minutes.
There is a error log in cache.log shown bellow.

98/03/18 20:05:18| TCP connection to proxy.hq.sony.co.jp/10080 failed

Parent proxy is netscape and router is Local-Direstor that can switch
ip address. And our port number is 8080 but parent proxy is 10080.

Does anyone have any information?
