Connection Retry patch for Squid 1.1.21/1.NOVM.21

Just for everyone's information, since I've been asked about it, the
connection retry patch -- which automatically retries connections to
multiple-IP-address hosts (such as Microsoft, PCQuote, etc) when one of
the addresses refuses connection, and by default retries refused
connections to single-address hosts -- is now available for 1.1.21 and
1.NOVM.21 at <ftp://ftp.comshare.com/pub/squid/>.

And in fact, they're completely identical to the 1.1.20 patch except for
the single character in the version.h section, so if you want to just
change the "0" to "1" in your own copy of the *.20 patch, that's all you'd
need to do.
