I use this for my apache access log. It doesn't hurt most log processors
because the extra data goes on the end. Man, but you see a lot of
squids:
LogFormat "%h %l %u %t \"%r\" %s %b (Via: %{Via}i) (Forwarded-for:
%{X-Forwarded-for}i)"
