Problem with transparent Proxy - Cisco + Solaris 2.6 - URGENT

Hi everybody,

 I have the following situation ..

              1 Fast Eth with are on different nets
                2 subinterfaces squid - 10.0.1.2
                                              webserver - 10.0.2.4

    
    squid.conf :
 
     http_port 1998
     icp_port 3130
     httpd_accel virtual 1998
     httpd_accel_with_proxy on
     httpd_accel_uses_host_header on

     Running squid 1.1.21 with connect-retry patch and no-cache-local
     patches applied...

    On cisco router i redirect the request of the client to the gateway
(Sun running ip_filter 3.2.3 ) where i have the following
 
    rdr ba0 0.0.0.0/0 port 80 -> 10.0.1.2 port 1998

    After all the client using lynx 2.7 is getting
 
     HTTP request sent; waiting for response.

    and that is .. nothing comes back ..

  Any sudgestions ?
