ICP port of parent proxy

Hi,

My ISP is using a squid server as proxy. I have only got it's http port
number, but I was wondering if there is some way to find out the port
number of the ICP service?

Also, if the ICP port is not available, what should you state in the
config file. 0 gives a lot of:

1998/04/16 17:07:20| comm_udp_sendto: FD 11, 130.228.3.24, port 0: (22)
Invalid argument

Using 7 as port number I get:

1998/04/16 14:17:03| Configuring Parent proxy.image.dk/8080/7
1998/04/16 14:17:30| Detected DEAD Parent: proxy.image.dk/8080/7

Any suggestions?
