hierarchy_stoplist

Hi all,

With the 1.2 beta 19 is there any way to change the default settings for
the hierarchy_stoplist option ?

I've tried to remove it and to leave it blank with no option but squid
alway go to directly fetch URLs containing 'cgi-bin' or '?'.

Any ideas or I've to search into the source code ?
