my system is a standalone proxy with internet connection.

Also, what is TCP_CLIENT_REFRESH_MISS? I can only find TCP_REFRESH_MISS
and TCP_CLIENT_REFRESH only in the FAQ. Please indicate.

Please help and indicate if it is my configuration wrong. Thanks.
