Huh? You pressed the "Enter" key and squid stopped creating directories
for the cache? More than slightly strange! Sorry, just trying to gather
the essentials. I assume that you're trying to run Squid 1.1.x rather than
1.2.bx? What OS, etc, are you running?

Ugh. I'd suggest trying to run squid -z again. You may have to clean up
the (partially) created directory structure first, to avoid error messages
(it's time like these that \rm -rf * works beautifully ... but it ain't
for the faint-of-heart!).

Once you've done this, then try running the RunCache script (or squid from
the prompt if you prefer), and let us know what happens.
