A dirty restart of the cache should detect the bad files and delete
them. A dirty restart is forced by deleteing the last-clean stamp file
from the cache directory while your squid is down.

A dynamic fix might be to add a call to storeReleaseRequest(e) when a
size mismatch is detected..
