The number of timeouts has increased, but the service times
have likely improved.
The change you noticed is because Squid is automatically
calculating the timeout value. It uses twice the average
of the ICP query/reply round-trip-time.
What percent of timeouts are you seeing now and what
percent were you seeing before?
